We ship orders Monday - Friday
Please allow 1-3 business days (excluding Holidays) for orders to be processed although most items go out immediately, it may vary.
Due to global issues, items maybe but not subject to be delayed so allow 2-4 extra business days for processing and shipping. Thank you for your patience!
Once items are sent out, CX Collections is NOT responsible for any damaged or lost items in transit. Please be sure your shipping address is correct when checking out. Once we receive your order, the order cannot be modified or changed. We are NOT responsible for incorrect addresses.
If your package is marked "delivered" and has not been received, please contact the United States Postal Service at 1-800-275-8777. Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS. Once the package leaves our facility and it is in the USPS mail carrier's possession, we are no longer responsible or liable. By placing your order, you acknowledge that you have read our policy, and CX Collections will not be held responsible for delayed packages or delivery issues by USPS.
